1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the APC Youth Wing website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

To register as a member of the APC Youth Wing, you must:

  • Be a Nigerian citizen aged 18 to 35 years
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
  • Agree to uphold the values and constitution of the All Progressives Congress

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
  • Distribute harmful, offensive, or hateful content
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts the platform's operation

5. Membership Cards

Digital membership cards issued through this platform are for identification purposes within the APC Youth Wing. They remain the property of the APC and may be revoked if terms are violated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of the APC Youth Wing and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The APC Youth Wing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
